Brand Designer

  • Work closely with Brand Manager in client’s brand strategy and copywriting scopes of work (brand platform, brand tagline & naming, and so on).
  • Produce website content in various format (long-form, case study, SEO blogs) .
  • Strategize and develop PR and SEO deliverables based on client demands.
  • Actively learn and engage in SEM techniques to support digital branding execution of client and in-house campaigns.
  • Ensure a smooth cross-department workflow with good time management and an over-delivery mindset.
  • Collaborate with the production team to support the planning and coordination of design projects.
  • Assist in organizing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Work with design files, ensuring organization and version control.
  • Assist in maintaining a centralized digital asset library for easy accessibility.
  • Conduct quality checks on design materials to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with the production team to make necessary revisions and improvements.
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Graphic Design, Production, Marketing, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic understanding of design principles and file preparation for production.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
  • Be able to work onsite from 9-6 (District 3) every weekday.
  • Be familiar with different blog content types and basic SEO writing skills.
  • Be familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides presentation.
  • Be able to catch up with key trends in the branding and marketing world of work.
  • Committed to a 6-month of full-time working (part-time is still welcomed)
